- 2 chicken drumsticks, deboned and cubed
Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
A
- 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped 1/3 green onion (use only green top)
- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixture
- 1/2 egg

- 1/4 zucchini, diced
- 1/2 to 1 celery rib, diced
- 1/4 yellow onion, cubed
- 1/2 bell pepper, cubed

- 1 tablespoon rice wine
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1tablespoon sugar
Step 1
Debone drumsticks and cut into sections. Mix with ingredients from (A) and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Heat oil and fry chicken cubes until done. Add all ingredients from section (B). Remove from oil.
Step 3
Add tablespoons oil in wok. Into wok, add chopped garlic, green onion and all ingredients in section (C); then stir fry.
Step 4
Add chicken cubes, vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water to the wok; stir fry well.
Step 5
Add cornstarch to make gravy. (Use 2 tablespoons of cornstarch and 3 tablespoons of water or mix cornstarch and water until you create a gravy thickness to your liking.) Once you have the gravy thickness you want, remove from heat and serve.

You may adjust the amount of vegetables to your own taste.
