- 1 lb chicken Leg meat, cut into 3/8-inch strips or pink finger size
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 4 cups + 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 tsb rice wine
- 2 tbs soy sauce
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 Jalapeños cut in half and 3 pcs
Jalapeño Chicken

Step 1
Mix chicken and ¼ cup cornstarch well and allow to stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Heat 4 cups vegetable oil and fry chicken until it is crispy, and add Jalapeños for 10 seconds and remove chicken and Jalapeños from oil. Keep wok hot.
Step 3
Add 2 teaspoons vegetable oil in wok; add chopped garlic, rice wine, soy sauce and chicken. Stir-fry well.
Step 4
Add sugar and continue stirring for 2 minute.
Step 5
Remove from heat and serve.
