- 2 pounds string beans, cut into sections about 4 and 2/3 inches long
- 1 teaspoon dried shrimp, cleaned and chipped
- 1 green onion, shredded
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon MSG
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 cups oil
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1
Deep fry string beans in hot, 425 degree oil for 5 minutes. Remove.
Step 2
Add dried shrimp, ginger, cooking wine, 1/2 cup water, MSG, salt, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, and 1/2 teaspoon sugar. Stir fry over medium heat until dry.
Step 3
Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon shredded green onion and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Stir evenly.
Step 4
Remove from heat and serve.
